For people who are ready.
To heal what hurts.
To understand themselves more deeply.
To change patterns that no longer serve them.
And to create more satisfying lives and relationships.

Begin a conversation
A place to be fully human.
Whether you arrive with a clear goal or aren't quite sure where to begin, there's room for you here. Therapy is a place to slow down, speak freely, and explore all parts of yourself—even those that have been difficult to understand, accept, or express.
No two people arrive with the same history, challenges, relationships, or hopes for the future. Your therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all, either. My approach begins with genuine curiosity, careful listening, and a commitment to understanding you as a whole person.
Together, we'll explore what's happening, why it's happening, and what might help. Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, we'll make space for healing, develop practical skills, and work toward meaningful change in ways that honor who you are and what matters to you.

How we work together.
Reverence and rigor
Therapy is both a science and a deeply human relationship. My approach combines clinical knowledge, genuine curiosity, and respect for the complexity and individuality of each person.
Sometimes the most meaningful work is slowing down, being deeply heard, or expressing something you've never felt safe to share. We don't always need advice or solutions. Sometimes we simply need someone to witness our experience and walk beside us through life's challenges and transitions. Other times, we need to process painful experiences, develop new skills, make difficult decisions, or discover different ways of relating to ourselves and others.
A relationship that supports healing
The therapeutic relationship itself can be a meaningful part of healing. Here, you can express difficult emotions, explore parts of yourself you've learned to hide, and experience what it's like to be met with curiosity rather than judgment. You can disagree with me, offer feedback, and advocate for your needs without fear of punishment or rejection. We move at a pace that respects your experience, building a relationship where honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity are welcome.
Understanding the full picture
I believe in investigating before intervening. We begin by exploring your experiences, relationships, history, beliefs, needs, and recurring patterns. I take time to understand what you're navigating before we decide together which approaches may be most helpful. Throughout our work, your perspective, feedback, and goals help guide the process.
Working beyond words
Insight is valuable, but understanding something intellectually doesn't always change how it feels. We slow down together. We breathe. We notice what's happening in the body right now—not just in the story. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate EMDR, somatic exploration, parts work, mindfulness, breathwork, or other experiential approaches to process difficult experiences, explore emotions, and support healing and integration.
Developing skills for everyday life
Our work can also be practical. We may focus on emotional regulation, recognizing and expressing needs, setting boundaries, communicating effectively, navigating conflict, taking responsibility, repairing relationships, or making difficult decisions. Together, we'll explore and practice new ways of responding that support meaningful change in your everyday life and relationships.
You are not a problem to be fixed.
